Return & Exchange Policy
By placing an order through Calvershirt, you agree to the terms below. These policies are set to ensure that you are fully informed of our return, exchange, and refund procedures. These terms apply to customers in the United States.
1. 30-Day Issue Resolution Policy
We offer a 30-day issue resolution policy. Customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to report any problems. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for support. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags (if applicable), and in original packaging.
2. Exchange Eligibility and Exceptions
We’re happy to support you with exchanges when possible, but due to the nature of our fulfillment process, there are important exceptions and limitations to keep in mind.
Incorrect Size Selected by Customer
We do not cover exchanges for size errors made during ordering. If you'd like to exchange an item due to wrong size selection, the exchange will only be processed for the same item in a different size. A handling and reshipping fee will apply (starting from $6.99, depending on item type). Products must be in new condition, unworn, and returned in original packaging. We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering.
No Longer Want the Item
We understand that sometimes you change your mind. However, we are unable to process exchanges for items simply no longer wanted or needed after delivery.
Delivery Took Longer Than Expected
As we use third-party logistics partners and made-to-order fulfillment, shipping times may vary depending on the location and season. While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues are beyond our control. We do not accept exchanges or refunds solely due to delayed delivery, unless the package has been officially marked as lost by the courier.
Used or Damaged Items
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange or return.
3. Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for the same product in a different size if the original item meets our eligibility conditions. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. The exchanged item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Exchange fees may apply and vary depending on the product. Exchanges for different items, designs, or colors are not supported.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a request, please contact us at support@calvershirt.com with the following:
Your full name and order number
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or screenshot)
Clear reason for the request
Photos or videos showing the issue (mandatory for damaged/defective items)
Once we receive and review your request (typically within 72 hours), we will notify you if it has been approved and provide instructions for next steps.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us immediately with visual proof. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either through a refund or replacement.
6. Return Shipping Cost
We cover return shipping only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our fault. For other cases, including size exchanges or customer errors, customers are responsible for the full return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Refunds
If your request is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
8. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, production may begin, and cancellations may not be guaranteed. In this case, any cancellation will be considered a change of mind and is not eligible for a refund.
Important: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
