Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes customers may change their mind after placing an order. That’s why we allow cancellations within a limited timeframe.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of successful placement.
After 12 hours, the order will be automatically processed for fulfillment and shipping. At that point, cancellation or modification requests can no longer be accommodated.

2. How to Cancel or Modify Your Order

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order within the allowed 12-hour, please follow these steps:

Prepare the following details:
• Your full name
• Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
• A clear description of the change or cancellation you are requesting

Subject line: [Cancel/Modify Order + Order Number]

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

Once we receive and approve your cancellation request:
You will receive a confirmation email within 1 business day.
If your order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
